You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Eligible returns include free standard return shipping.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition in which they were received, with any tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to request a return
Email support@irandre.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. After your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and the free return shipping method. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
