We want delivery to be clear before you order. The estimates below separate processing time from carrier transit time.
Processing time
All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order leaves our facility.
Standard delivery estimates
- United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: 6–14 business days after dispatch.
Your total estimated delivery time is the processing period plus the applicable transit estimate.
Express delivery
Express delivery options are available for eligible destinations. Available services, estimated dates and prices are shown at checkout.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated from your destination and the items in your order. The complete cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email the available tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to update after dispatch.
Delays and international orders
Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, weather, customs processing or an incomplete address. International orders may be subject to local customs procedures.
