GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to Irandre. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Irandre. We operate this online store and website, including its content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on our website, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping account credentials secure. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We describe and display products as accurately as possible. Colors and appearance may vary by screen and device. Product descriptions, availability, and quantities may change without notice, and we may discontinue products or limit orders at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and receive payment. Review your order before checkout; cancellation may not be possible after acceptance. We may refuse, modify, or cancel an order and will contact you using the information provided. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal or household use and may not be resold commercially.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. Taxes and delivery charges shown at checkout are your responsibility where applicable. You agree to provide complete, current billing and payment information and to use an authorized payment method.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. For U.S. orders, standard delivery is 1–5 business days after processing (estimated total 3–8 business days); standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more and no additional duties or fees are charged. International delivery times and costs vary by destination and appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier, customs, weather, or other delays outside our control. Tracking is emailed when available.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content belong to Irandre or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display our content without written permission. Irandre, Shopify, and other marks remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. They are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. New features and tools are also covered by these Terms.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain third-party links or features. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, services, privacy, or security. Review third-party terms before transacting with them.

SECTION 9 — SHOPIFY
Shopify hosts the Services and provides the technology that enables our store. Purchases are transactions directly between you and Irandre. Shopify is not responsible for products, fulfillment, or disputes between you and Irandre, to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read it. Shopify and service providers may process information as described in that policy.

SECTION 11 — COMMENTS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, comments, ideas, or other material, you grant Irandre a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display it for operating and marketing the Services. You represent that you own or may submit it, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
The Services may contain errors or inaccurate information about products, pricing, promotions, shipping, or availability. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time, including after submission.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES
Use the Services only lawfully. You may not violate laws or rights, harass others, submit false information, distribute malware or spam, impersonate anyone, scrape the Services, use automated agents without complying with Section 14, interfere with security, or exploit the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

SECTION 14 — AGENTS
An “Agent” is software acting autonomously or semi-autonomously for a person or entity. Agents may access the Services only if they identify themselves in every HTTP/HTTPS request using “Agent/[agent name]”, do not imitate humans or bypass CAPTCHA, answer truthfully when asked whether they are automated, and do not evade access controls. We may limit or block Agents at any time.

SECTION 15 — TERMINATION
We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time. You remain responsible for amounts due through termination. Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect.

SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information and Services are provided for general information on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irandre disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement, and does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irandre, Shopify, and their affiliates and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, or similar damages, including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or products.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Irandre, Shopify, and their affiliates and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or use of the Services.

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions remain effective.

SECTION 20 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms and policies posted on the Services are the entire agreement regarding the Services and replace prior agreements.

SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign these Terms or your rights without our written consent. We may assign or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice or consent.

SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Irandre is based, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Competent courts there have jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 23 — HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 24 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
You can review the current version on this page. We may update these Terms by posting changes and will provide notice where required. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
